Great first pair of bowling shoes. If you're in a league for fun or just hate renting shoes. These will be great for you.

I don't know what I was expecting from these shoes. They feel a little cheap, but they're more comfortable once you start breaking them in. The reason for the -1 Star is because of the break in. I had to literally drag my foot across the hard wood floor to get these things to slide. The pad up front is good but took a long while to get to the point that it would even allow me to slide. Even now they still sometimes cause me to get shin splints because of the up front grip.I wouldn't say it's necessarily a bad thing for the shoes, but just know going in that you're going to have to do a lot of break-in on these.
