Heavy, looks strong and long enough to lock 3 bikes. Packaging a bit flimsy, but the lock was strong enough to handle the delivery.I had a nightmare regarding the delivery service. I contacted "parcel force" on 4 occasions for their "poor" level of service; so much for being a delivery specialist. Although the customer service at PF was helpful and accommodating, I had to push her to re-deliver at their expense, find my missing product, and to make decisions. It felt like their was a huge communication issue between customer service and logistics. Worst delivery experience I encountered.This is not the retailers fault, however, they may need to review their delivery service.

Es muy buena cadena pero muy pesada para llevar en bici, si no te molesta el peso recomiendo un porta bultos para poder transportarla

This lock is strong and very heavy. It is too heavy to pack around but just the look of it says to any thief that you will make his theft very hard. It can be cut but will take a pro and he will need a few minuted to cut it.

I don’t give a lot of 5 star reviews, but this product deserves it. I park my expensive e-bike in downtown Denver, where bike theft is completely out of control. It doesn’t matter where I leave this bike, I never have anyone mess with it. Overnight, dark alleyways, days at a time, no problem. It’s long enough to go through one wheel, and the frame. A thief would need ~15 minutes with an angle grinder to get through this. It works exceptionally well.The only downside is that great bike protection comes with bad portability. There is no way around it, this chain is very heavy and annoying to carry on your bike. I have tried all different methods of mounting and carrying, and all of them are annoying.
