To be honest I don't do complaints normally however I was very disappointed with these shoes I buy K swiss all the time and these have been used very occasionally as you can tell by the general wear on the soles.They were used for a full day yesterday and as I took them off I could hear a rattling sound ! And discovered small stones had got in to split In the sole and got trapped,on further inspection I could see the very little worn soles had split at the join and allowed entry to the sole itself see picture.Finally I still buy K swiss all the time and have had 4 times the wear out of Garstad and others ,but these I am afraid must be faulty as not had anywhere near the usual expected life !!
