Fit is great and very comfortable. I have Plantar Faciitist and a Heelspur and it helps when walking without my orthos.

This is my second order of this style flip flop. I liked my first pair so well I got another pair in a darker brown. I also ordered a half size bigger but don't see to much difference between the size 10 and 10 1/2. I usually get a wide width of possible but these are wide enough for my feet but if you have a fat foot maybe not. I wear in the house, hard, shopping and as house slippers. I like the soft toe post and the orthopedic like foot bed. I would recommend.
