Bought this as a gift for my niece. They don't live nearby so after it's been built, they tell me that they finally built it but it did look used. For the amount of money that I paid for this product, I don't think it is acceptable to receive it used. If I wanted it used, I would have purchased it used and at least paid less. Buyer beware
