Within the first day of using the bag, the seams from the top of the bag came off completely, and I had to sow it back together but now it's been a week and a half, half the straps on the bag including the side handle has come off.This is now beyond fixing and I'll have to contact a support team about the return/refund of this product.

Most portfolio cases I’ve owned have had hard covers to protect the artwork from damage. On delivery I was surprised to find this one was folded into a quarter of its size. There are some advantages to that for storage when not in use, but its primary function should be to protect precious documents and art, which will not happen unless you place a stiff piece of board inside. Personally I’d prefer a hard covered portfolio or tube to provide protection during transport.The build quality seems to be adequate for the price but the clips on the straps are plastic and will not last as log as metal ones.

comprata per mio figlio e utilizzata per la scuola media per colori, squadre e album, dopo 1 mese si è scucita lateralmente e si sono staccate le cinghie per utilizzarlo come zaino, la tracolla e anche la maniglia. bella l'idea rispetto alle tradizionali cartelline in plastica, ma troppo poco resistente
