Unfortunately, I had to return this because even the 10mm didn't fit the new IKEA gaming chair (Matchspel) that I purchased. I wasn't able to take a photo, but the pins were nearly identical with the Matchspel, but the "head" of the pin of this product was a bit taller -- perhaps the reason for not fitting or locking in.I've returned these and waiting for my refund. Would have loved for them to fit because the quality is really nice!

Happy with the wheels, quality seems good. The size of the pin seems a bit too small - closer to 9mm instead of 10mm. I was able to work around this issue by wrapping some tape around the pins to make them fit.

They're nice because they don't make any sound and they roll over my fluffy carpet with no problem.

I wanted a set of wheels for my posture kneeling seat. I have to retrofit fit them, they are great.However the Ad said five wheels, I only received four, luckily I only needed four.
