Some instructions for fitting this would have been useful. I had to refer to the photo to work it out.It was also really fiddly to the point where I thought it didn't fit when it suddenly clicked in.Once you have fitted it, it is comfortable and being elasticated, it should fit most wrists.

This is the second one of these straps I've brought that's broken, the first broke after just a couple of months I bought another and replaced it hoping it was just faulty or bad luck as I really like the strap, but this one has lasted less than a month! Out of the window to return it and no way complain to the seller, so all I can do is warn others and bin it. Don't bother.
