Lékué Macarons-bakplaat, siliconen, 40x30x8 cm

I bought this as a gift for someone who loves baking and makes macarons by hand. They had wanted this type of mat to help with making them all the same size. While it did that, it turned out to be kind of hard to remove the shells from the mat. Some came off just fine but about half would be so stuck that they ended up ripping in half or having half of the shell left behind. After 3 tries, the person who I bought this mat for stopped using it and went back to eyeballing the sizing. Would not buy again.

Sehr hilfreich bei den Macarons. Nichts klebt mehr und die Größe stimmt. Außerdem gut zu verwenden bei Schokoladenplättchen.(Schokolade schmelzen und aromatisieren z. B. Chili oder gemahlenen Kardamom). Nach der Kühlung sehr leicht abzuchippen. Mit Parmesan sind kleine Käseplättchen zu machen. Selber reiben wird am schönsten. Weniger ist mehr, denn dann entstehen kleine Löcher (Nur leicht bräunen bei 160°sonst wird es bitter!).Am Anfang störte mich die braune Farbe der Platte. Da ich aber schon andere Küchenutensilien aus Silicon habe, die sich bräunlich verfärbt haben, finde ich es nun ganz praktisch.
