Tolles Nudelholz aus Buche. Es hat ein optimales Gewicht, ist nicht zu schwer und auch nicht zu leicht. Der Teig läßt sich super bearbeiten. Auch hat das Holz die optimale Größe, da nun auch größere Teige ausgerollt werden können und das in der optimalen Stärke. Das geht viel leichter als mit den üblichen Teigrollern. Besonders für gedeckte Kuchen ist das Nudelholz geeignet, da man den Teig super vom Tisch auf die Kuchenform befördern kann. Ich möchte es nicht mehr missen.

I bought this rolling pin mainly for sugarpaste as it was a cheaper alternative to the white plastic ones. I figured that if it didn't work, I wouldn't have lost much money on it.I was pleasantly surprised to find that it works perfectly. It is well made and has a good weight to it. There are no dings or flaws in the wood therefore you get a nice smooth surface on the sugarpaste / dough when rolling it out.I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to spend upwards of £30 on a white non stick rolling pin.
