Just received it today ,professionally packaged as usual from AMAZON very good .I came onto ELP quite late in my life around about 1996 I think . ELP to my knowledge as never been to Australia. I first brought ELP through their manitcore bootleg series from volume 1 to 4 and amazed by them so much I brought their entire catalogue . Black Moon is a very brassy syth album with keith emerson exploring this voiceing for this album . This has worked very well .Greg Lake is a fine songwriter with his best songs yet on this album. He is a gorgeous singer, farewell to arms a fantastic song ,Carl Palmer is so good at drums I am speechless at some of the things he plays .There you go three elements draw a fantastic supergroup that I ask any new fan of ELP get this album first. As a syth player and heavily into electronic music myself for years .ELP has created a modern classic. The famous synthesizer that first had brass voiceing was the Oberheim synthesizer that was polyphonic .Since then various models have got brass syth patches as routine .I actually don't Know keith Emerson rig in 1992 when this album came out but looking at some photos I will take a guess being a Yamaha or a Korg .The HIGH VOLTAGE Live set from 2010 explains a lot of syth brass patches that ELP has draw from that period in 1992. I don't what the status of ELP is at the moment but I would encourage them to have a nother go and this time come to Australia because we have not seen them yet. I hope keith emerson s hand is ok and he can play.Best album track on black moon black moon .all the best ELP .simon macdonaldaustralia

BLACK MOONは当時よく聞いていたけれど、ＣＤそのものは持っていなかったので、また聞きたくなり、輸入盤で購入したら、イギリスから２枚組が届いてびっくりしました。2017年リマスタ―ですが、1枚目は「BLACK MOON」1992年のオリジナルアルバムにボーナストラックが4曲、2枚目は「LIVE AT ROYAL ALBERT HALL」 おそらく 1992/12/16のライブアルバムそのもの。よく見るとディスク枚数: 2 と書いてあるし、ジャケットの横の小さい画像には確かに2枚分の曲目。知らずに購入してすごく得をした気分です。「LIVE AT ROYAL ALBERT HALL」のFINALEでは、AMERICA～RONDOとキースのナイス時代の曲が聴けて懐かしい！2枚続けて聴いていると、キースもグレッグももういない、という悲しさがこみあげて、泣けてしまいました。
