I bought this because I could not find the one I owned already since I moved. I really wanted to love it. I like the design of the bottle and the color. I’m worried about the quality and authenticity because one, the wick and ceramic top is not like the one I bought from a boutique. It’s not as well made it seems cheaper. I don’t know if it’s a broad change with the company since my other one is a few years older. Or if they just put in a generic knockoff. I’m having a hard time keeping it going which I never had that problem before. I used Lampe Berger fluid. I hope that they can correct that. I’m not sure if I should return it or not. There doesn’t seem to be a way to contact the company directly through amazon. When I click the link it just says oops with a picture of a cute dog. 🤔 I am hoping they read this and reach out. The other piece that doesn’t seem authentic is the funnel. It’s a clear plastic and very cheap, and sharp corners. The original one I got was a smooth dark blue plastic with the brand printed on the outside of it. Anyway kind of disappointed. Will return it if I can’t get it to work properly. 😒

I have been using my lampe for a few days now. And so far, I am pleased with it. My home is a second story at about 2,500 square feet. I lit it for about twenty minutes and the aroma went throughout both floors.😊

Conoscevo già l'utilità e gli usi della lampe berger, ho scelto questo modello per gusto personale mio, i volumi contenuti in ogni modello mi sembrano pressoché uguali per tutte le varianti ( ce ne sono davvero di tutti i tipi). Profumo va acquistato a parte. Imbuto, bruciatore e sacchetto morbido inclusi nella confezione, la rendono ottima anche per un regalo. Questo venditore era l'unico che rispondeva alle mie esigenze come scelta di modello e colore. Consegna rapida ( giorno dopo ordine con prime), confezione integra e completa.
