LAMY Papier Hardcover A5 Notitieboek 810, formaat DIN A5 (145 x 210 mm), in donkerblauw met lamy-liniëring, 192 pagina's en elastische sluitband

This is a lovely notebook for fountain pens. I use a variaty of nib sizes and types of ink and none of them bleed throught he paper, even though it's 90gsm, so not too thick. It is beautifully presented, looks quite slim, the coloured edges give it a nice look and, to my surprise, the bookmarks did not fray.The only reason I am giving it only four starts is the cover. Although it looks great in the first few months (metallic withouth being too shiny, lovely texture), it does not age well. I take my notebook everywhere - move it from bag to bag, use it every day - so after a few months the scuffs and marks are very visible on the silvery texture (I've attached a few photos for reference, I've been using mine since the beginning of the year).If that is something that would bother you, I would stay away, even though the paper is the best I've tried (over rhodia, leuchtturm or stm). Another thing to consider is that it does not have page numbers, but that was not a deal breaker to me.

This is my 5+ notebook. Works extremely well with Lamay fountain pens. Ink doesn't seek through pages. Looks and feels nice to hold and carry. Just the right size to fit in my travel gear. Inspire of being hardbound, it opens well while taking notes. Will keep using these till Lamy keeps making them. Overall extremely satisfied!

The dimensions threw me off but god, if it isn’t a quality notebook.
