It's supposed to be watertight and it is. To date it has withstood rainstorms and everything a typical British summer can throw at it and it's still intact and doing it's job.It is huge. We have 2, 4 seater sofas and a large firepit dining table and chairs and it easily fits over all the set. Would recommend.

Unfortunately this is way too small for my 21ft round pool. Doesn't even cover the entire top let alone the top rim of the pool to secure it. Too late for a return for me.

We use this for our 12' above ground pool and it does cover...but after taking it off every morning three of the eyelets have ripped. The cord to secure it is very sturdy but the tarp itself and the rings to thread the cord through are VERY flimsy. We'll only be using it for this year and will need to replace for next year for sure.
