Die Chillisauce ist ein absoluter renner und ich kann gut verstehen, warum. Auch wenn ich sie etwas teuer finde, ist sie dennoch richtig lecker und ihren Preis wert.Die Schärfe ist dezent und nicht penetrant, rundet mit dem zusätzlichen umami Geschmack jedes Gericht perfekt ab. Im Prinzip kann man die sauce überall drauf machen und es schmeckt super gut. Quasi wie es mit der sauce hollandaise der Fall ist.

Spicy chili crisp = the original.This one has spurred many imitations in the market. The one all spicy chili sauce brands have tried to emulate. Just like huyfong Sri racha with green cap has become distinctive with their sauces; lao gan ma is the real deal with their range.

This is a great condiment not a cooking sauce. Cooked green beans just add one spoonful after cooking best Szechuan beans ever, just one example. Great product.
