Not what i was hoping for,resistance was not there

I ordered the smallest blue band but find it offers extremely little resistance/ support, maybe about the same as a light resistance band. I have ordered both the red & black now to try those out. So if you’re unsure of which colour to select, I would recommend going up. Delivery was quick to Saudi Arabia and everything else is good.

Does absolutely nothing, no strength in the material at all.

Ok, first I wasn’t paid for the review. As someone who has been lifting for over 20 years this product is a must have. I shoulder surgery from a military injury and I routinely have shoulder pain primarily due too the hypertension of my shoulder joint (during chest press movements). This product provides a spot during least advantageous portion of the pressing movement.For less then $20!!!
