used it the first day for a coupe of small projects. It worked perfectly. On day two it worked for about ten minutes then stopped engraving. laser light was still on but no power from it to do anything. I put a piece of dark paper under it and it wouldn't even make a mark on it. There is no one to contact about it to see if there is a fix. It's not worth the hassle to box it all back up, go ship it back to Amazon or wherever, wait for them to decide when to send another one and then wait until they decide to send another one (if they even do). Lesson learned. If they see this and make it right I'll change this.edit:I was finally able to talk to someone. I was talking to them for a while. Thought they might try to make it right. After them wanting ME to find a 12v 4a power supply somewhere in my house,strip wires, wire it to the laser head and test it, then send pictures, then then check voltage with a volt meter then then then. After days of this they just started ignoring me and I've heard nothing else from them.Spend your money somewhere else.

If you get this beware it does not come with laser glasses. Laser works great have it connected to my DIY cnc router / laser. Engraved with sharp clean line even without air.
