Mooi en stevig! Past rond de 2 en 2,5 kuub hout in. Helaas waren 2 gaten niet goed doorgeboord. Dit konden we zelf prima oplossen met een ijzer boor.

Une fois le colis arrivé, on a découvert tous les pièces, presque identique et un nombre impressionnant de vis et boulons. Il faut bien faire attention à ne pas déballer les pièces sinon, on ne trouve pas ce qui va où. A la fin du montage, après plusieurs heures, on découvre qu’il manque des vis….Le montage de toit n’est pas plus simple, les pièces ne coulissent pas et il faut faire attention, elle ne sont pas identiques (rien n’est indiqué dans le manuel).Enfin quand tout monté, on constate rapidement que la peinture commence déjà à s’enlever aux coins.Maintenant, on attend et va voir s’il va résister ou pas.

The store: Sturdy and spacious, made with good quality materials, with the pieces accurately produced to fit together well. We are just waiting for our log delivery!Assembly: NOT difficult (just fiddly), but there are a lot of pieces and they look very similar. Each individually wrapped package of pieces has a number on it which is how the instructions refer to them - highly recommend labelling the pieces as you unpack them with that number (we used masking tape to make temporary sticky labels) so if you do make any mistakes you can track back and correct. This is particularly important with the pieces making up the sides.Customer service: DHL were useless delivering and Herr Thiele at Lawa Living and Lifestyle was responsive and helpful in tracking down where the parcels had got to, subsequently resending one of the parcels that DHL returned to Germany, and then sending the cover separately since it had been omitted from package one. It took 2 weeks of liaising with him to get everything sorted out, and he always responded to messages within half a day, and did not stop helping to resolve our problems even when it was clear we had become the customers from hell! It arrives in two boxed packages - if you order the tarpaulin it should be in the larger box.
