De geëmailleerde gietijzeren stoofpot heeft een elegant reliëfbloembladontwerp op het deksel en is uniek ontworpen om stabiele, gelijkmatige warmte te bieden om vlees en groenten om te zetten in smaakvolle, geruststellende gerechten om je het hele seizoen warm te houden. Dankzij de brede basis kunnen ingrediënten in een enkele laag worden geplaatst om te schroeien zonder te verdringen; zodra vloeistof is toegevoegd, circuleert het koepelvormige deksel stoom om vocht en smaak vast te houden. De veelzijdige vorm van de braadpan maakt het ook perfect voor ondiep frituren, stomen, stoofschotels, stoofschotels en serveren aan tafel.

Fantastic and functional. Light lavender color with beautiful flower top accent. It worked really well for baking fish; cooked it evenly. Easy to clean as well. On the heavier side (cast iron) but not a huge size so easy to store. Perfectly fit a large fillet of cod. I did keep the plastic spacers (shipped in) around the rim so the top isn’t knocking on the bottom when stored. Would recommend that or some type of spacer during storage so they don’t chip each other. It was expensive but I think worth the money as it will last a long time.

Le Creuset.. what can I say? The piece is pretty much a work of art and the wife cooks in it regularly. Durable finish and great color. This is top notch cookware that will last forever. It's my fifth piece I've gotten for her and it's a win every time.

Beautiful pot. Lid fits well lid doesn’t get hot. The color is beautiful. The quality is amazing. The brand is high-end and the price reflects that. It was worth the splurge. Very easy to clean. I hand wash it, but it can go in the dishwasher.
