I bought this product to help encourage my 3 year old to listen to instruction and behave well at school. Although, he did not really take to the system, the overall product is actually great. I think it will become much more useful as he gets older and starts taking on more responsibilities. Right now he just enjoys playing with the magnets and drawing on the dry erase board.It comes with a ton of different tasks and responsibilities to add to the weekly chart and several blank ones to write in your own. It also has these orange tiles that are just like one-off scenarios for when you catch your child being good or doing something special, without being asked. If they fill the orange column, you can put a little reward in the orange box for them to collect.Also, it's pretty sturdy. We have it hanging on the side of our lower kitchen cabinet, at his level. He tugs and pulls it and has dropped it several times. So far it's held up very well!
