A force d'utiliser ma pince, mon étui était vraiment usé et passé : comme pour leur pince Leatherman fait dans la qualité : cuir épais, attache solide, bouton pression bien fort et belle teinte pour la couleur. Cet étui va être porté tous les jours à ma ceinture sans le moindre soucis. (bien emballé et livré dans les temps).

Leatherman und Leder: Sollte auf der Hand liegen, dass dann auch Leder verwendet wird. Das Problem aber ist, dass aufgrund der Nieten und dem ständigen Tragen, die Gürtelschlaufe ausleiert. Ebenfalls ist auch irgendwann der Druckknopf komplett zerkratzt, und hat nur noch an einigen Stellen am Rand die restliche, schwarze Farbe.Eigentlich aus Langeweile, habe ich mich auf der Herstellerseite umgesehen, und dann ein Äquivalent zum Ledercase gesehen. Ich selbst habe einen Leatherman Rebar, wo "Medium" exakt passt. Leatherman bietet für kleinere Werkzeuge auch noch ein anderes Case aus naturfarbenem Leder an, das auch genäht statt genietet ist. Aber einen Anbieter dafür zu finden bzw. überhaupt die Möglichkeit zu haben, dass das Case für größere Tools passend geschneidert wird: Fehlanzeige.Ich habe mich für die Wahl zum Nylon mit Druckknopf entschieden, da Klettverschluss - wie bei den anderen Cases aus Nylon von Leatherman - leider unter Kinderkrankheiten leidet: Fussel und Fäden verfangen sich sehr gerne darin.Zusammenfassend:• Exzellente Verarbeitung (Nähte, Material, Passung)• Hochwertiges Aussehen und Gefühl• Preis mit 20 Euro etwas überzogen, da es in den USA um 11 Dollar angeboten wird (~10 Euro bei jetzigem Wechselkurs), aber gut. Kauft man auch nur alle 5 Jahre, wenn überhaupt und MWSt. muss man auch einkalkulieren.

This was my second attempt to find a replacement sheath for my Leatherman Wingman multitool. The previous sheath I bought from leatherman, a woven nylon type sheath, was a disaster. It fit sloppy and I hated the way it felt on my belt. I was not eager to repeat the debacle, so searched Amazon for another sheath and came across the Rebar Sheath. Searching the reviews for the keyword "Wingman" I was happy to find several Wingman owners who testified that this sheath fit their beloved Wingman (Great Multitool!) very well.On the strength of that, I ordered one, and thanks to Amazon Prime, had the proof in my hand two days later. I was impressed with the sheath from the moment I saw it. It was a nice black color, made of very sturdy leather (without being too bulky), had a sturdy snap fastener, and had "Leatherman' embossed on the flap.Moment of truth: I slipped my Wingman in and it was pretty much a perfect fit. I love that the Wingman doesn't flop around inside the sheath, and I like how the sheath fits on my belt, which is about 1-1/4 ' wide. The sheath has a wide strip of leather riveted on the back as a belt loop, which is cleverly designed to fit even larger width belts, yet stay secure on a narrower belt without that annoying 'sloppy feel' that some others do.I am please at how nicely it sits on my belt, securely in place and not obtrusive. It doesn't snag on clothing or feel bulky at all, and that's the point, the Wingman is my Every Day Carry knife and multi-tool. I feel naked without it, so the sheath's fit is very important. I'm a happy camper, and I think I'm going to get many good years of use from this excellent sheath!
