My gal and I both wear these for safety while on PEVs. She is 5,0" and wears a small. I'm 5,8.5" and medium fits great. (32" waist). They have been washed several times and the quality shows.

These are the best version made except for the fact that I had to return them for demon brand due to me using them for snowboarding.If the tailbone portion was better, I would pick these over demon brand.
