the light of the lamp is fine. but that isnt the reason i bought it. the reason was dmx. but when setting the adres it al goes down. adres 001 works fine. but then adress 002 isnt working. Yes it works but in like adress 017 in your controller. okay fine i think. but then i cant even get adress 003 working either.SO YES just skip this led par

Natürlich kann man bei dem Preis keine sehr hohe Leuchtkraft erwarten. Aber als deko beleuchtung sind sie gut geeignet. Und bei dem Preis definitiv zu empfehlen

I work at a space ship simulator center where people can come and have an experience being a part of a crew of starships set in the Star Trek universe. We've tried to do our best to add fun lightening elements and other physical props to help add to the experience of the crews that come through our simulators.We were on the lookout for some good lights like these to be able to utilize for some additional needs we had in a sickbay center. We have been using DMX lighting for sometime, and it has worked wonderfully with our systems. I was on the lookout for a good set of RGB lights like these that could integrate into our system. Luckily, they were able to, and were were even more thrilled that they included the remotes. Unfortunately, they ended up not working for our needs as the remotes have to be able to physically view and send instructions. We have multiple walls through us and where the lights are located, so utilizing the DMX controls were the ultimate solution for us.Since there are so many LED's included on these, we're able to achieve pretty much all of the colors we could hope. We largely do things like red alert, yellow alert, and other things specific to parts of the missions the crews go on, but these have performed nearly flawlessly. Why do I give them 4 stars? The price is great, they've worked nicely for our needs, but the remotes working better would've been the one thing to get them up to that 5 stars for me.

Super hell

Very cost effective for what it does understanding the limitations. It is not a professional device. It is NOT a stage light. It is strictly for home use.Pic-1 the rear view with a permanently mounted AC wire. Notice in Pic-2 is a 2-conductor AC cord, so don't even think about using it outside. Also the plastic AC cord that this unit employs breaks very easily wherever it is frequently bent (as in the spot where it comes out of the back of the light). If you move this light around frequently and or pack it up and unpack it frequently, this is where it will break the insulation and expose the inner bare wire.This unit is only RGB, NOT RGBW as the user instructions (pics-10&11) imply, and confirmed by a tear-down pic 3. There is no wiring for a 4th color (H255 white). Plus, when changing your settings on the rear panel, there is only RGB. Disregard the Instruction Manual reference to "white". There are no circuit board header sockets (pic-6), only pins on the display/controller board. These can become disconnected either by vibration or abusive handling (like dropping!). Pic 4 is a manufacturing/assembly defect. The ground wire was crushed during assembly.DMX programming is weird as compared with most similar units on the market. You MUST read the instructions. As an example. the "Axxxx" is not an address, "Dxxx" is used for 7-channel DMX control, and "Cxxx" for 3-channel DMX control.The programming expert power mode is super critical. The units I received were all set to minimal power at a value of "99" and I changed all colors to "00" to obtain the brightest result. After a few minutes, the light became approximately 10 to 15 degrees hotter with this setting. Perhaps this is not advisable in a hot/summer environment. The minimal LED power setting did not get warm at all. Pic-12 is a comparison with the left side all 3 colors at "99" and the right side at the "00" being both brighter and less of a blue tint. It is not easy to discern via my Pic-12, but it really is significantly brighter. IMHOPic-7 is the IR sensor wiring for remote control (which only worked up to 20 feet). The manufacturer in Pic-8 broke one of the internal mounting holes to provide clearance for the IR receiver. If you disassemble the fixture, make sure to align the IR receiver with the "removed" mounting support for re-assembly.Pic-9 is the bare LED aluminum plate with 5mm square LEDs. The LEDs are much less powerful than DJ or professional models with 3 watts per color. You get only RGB, and only 12 out of 36 LEDs for each color. I believe these are 5050 SMD LEDs which are anywhere between 0.2 and 1.0 watts each LED, each color. Yep, they run a lot cooler, but much less bright per LED than professional models. There is NO cooling fan! There are similar appearing units here on Amazon, even with the same weird DMX channels and control panel options, but DO have a fan......and cost more. I like this sellers model best since the AC power connecting to the power supply board is using a plug and circuit board socket, instead of soldering the wire directly to the bottom of the board. It is safer. Kudos!My rating reflects the crushed wire, the lack of circuit board sockets, errors/miss-leading user documentation, and unusual/non-standard controller programming terms.
