Received promptly and the price was right. The Lee mold make great bullets. Within 5 minutes beginning with pure lead, the bullets were coming out perfect. Measured size .452 at base and .456 at the widest point. Pure lead (w no alloys) the bullet weighs 432-433 grains - heavier than the 220 stated but the pure lead is heavier than alloyed lead. I have quite a few Lee Molds of various types and, following mfg's directions, they all function properly. Highly recommend these and all Lee molds

Got this for a .45 airgun. This mold makes very pretty slugs. But they do not measure .456. They measure .454. So I cannot use them. But I’ll keep the mold in case I ever need a slug that size.

Unfortunately I didn't actually start pouring with this until I had already had it for about the 30-day mark because I was waiting on a batch of lead. However first time using this mold, one of the guide pins literally just fell out after maybe the 9th set of bullets which didn't enable it to close symmetrically leaving for an unusable bullet. This failure was not due to the lead being too hot and somehow causing a failure as I was using a lead pot manufactured by the same company specifically for use in its aluminum molds. The problem is that now that I'm past the 30-day mark; I now have a useless mold sitting here as it would cost me more money to get it fixed than the product cost as a whole. Don't wait out your 30-day. People. Use your stuff as soon as you get it so that you have 30 days to test it out. Now I'm stuck with this useless thing.
