Op zich prima stofzuiger, werkte de eerste paar maanden goed. Echter, nu is batterij uitgevallen. Veel contact gehad met Lefant klantenservice en wordt netjes afgehandeld en opgelost. Ze sturen een nieuwe robot op.Prima service.

Leuke app werkt verrassend goed voor die prijs

It works well for 6 months does the job. After that battery runs out and cannot do it after 5mins get stuck and stops. Then it's just a toy. So spending this money for 3 to 6months I would think twice.

De Lefant komt in een mooie doos met voldoende accesoires. De stofzuiger oogt prima. Er zit zelfs een kwastje bij om het filter schoon te maken. Fijne app, goed kunnen koppelen. Tot zover alles prima.Maar hij maakt echt niet genoeg schoon. Ik heb al een aantal robotstofzuigers gehad. Meestal geven ze het na een jaar of 2, 3 wel op in deze prijsklasse want ze zijn dagelijks aan het werk. Echter, deze stofzuiger stelt me teleur in zuigkracht en reiniging. Op een (heel) laag tapijt is hij veel langer bezig dan mijn vorige stofzuigers en op een gladde vloer is het resultaat ook nog niet super.Dweilen gaat redelijk goed, dus dat is nog een positief punt. Let wel dat er geen aparte dweiltank bij zit maar een dweil pad, het is dus eigenlijk de vloer nat maken terwijl hij stofzuigt maar dit geeft op mijn tegelvloer wel het beste reslutaat.Maar ik zou hem zeker geen 2e keer kopen.

Broken within the first couple of months. I have been in contact with the customer service to find a solution, but every time they ask me to perform different checks, rather than allowing me to return the product. The last one was to unscrew the whole cover of the robot and check the motherboard. This should be done by a technician and not a customer. It is unacceptable that they even suggest that to clients.Update (25 MARCH 2024): After a long communication with the manufacturer, I was sent a new product. So far, the new vacum cleaner is working well and it has not presented any signs of the malfunctioning the previous one had. It was easy to communicate with the customer support department, they were always providing feedback quickly. The issue is that there is no repair service available in Europe. Therefore, you either repair the product yourself with the parts the manufacturer provides you, or you ask for a new product after trying to fix the broken product.

Let’s be real—if vacuums had a popularity contest, the Lefant Robot Vacuum would win “Most Likely to Succeed.” Don’t let its small size fool you; this little guy is like the vacuum version of an overachiever. It zooms around your home, picking up pet hair, dust, and whatever else your floors can throw at it, all while being so low-profile it can slide under furniture like a ninja. With WiFi, app, and Alexa control, I’m convinced this thing might actually be smarter than me (and definitely more motivated to clean). I’m just glad it doesn’t judge my messy floors before it goes to work. Plus, I’ve had this vacuum for a year now, and it’s been smooth sailing with no issues so far!Pros:-Strong 2200pa suction power that makes sure not a speck of dust or pet hair is left behind. Seriously, it’s like a tiny tornado on wheels.-Compact design means it fits under couches, tables, and anywhere else dust bunnies like to hide. No spot is safe!-Easy control via app, WiFi, or Alexa—because who doesn’t love telling their vacuum what to do?Self-charging feature is a game changer. It’s like having a cleaning assistant that knows when it’s time for a break.-Reliable performance for over a year with no problems. It’s held up exceptionally well!Cons:-It’s so effective that you might forget what it’s like to vacuum manually—wait, is that a con or a pro?-Doesn’t handle high-pile carpets very well, but it’s a champ on hard floors and low-pile carpets.-The dustbin could be a bit larger, especially if you’ve got pets that shed like it’s their job. But hey, it’s easy to empty, so no biggie.In conclusion: the Lefant Robot Vacuum may be small, but it packs a punch. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to keep their home clean without lifting a finger. Just sit back, relax, and let this little powerhouse do all the work. Your floors (and your back) will thank you!

Great customer service!Back to 5 stars.This started as a 5 star review.UPDATE (again):12/31/2021This is literally 2 minutes after I published the last update.I'm sitting here watching one of the vacuums. It chimed to go back to its dock. Here's the fun part, it was 2 FEET AWAY and it rolled off to the other end of the house. Really? Oh, it's bumping around the bathroom right now.UPDATE:12/31/2021I've run both robots several times and I am not happy with either of them. Sure, they pick up a lot of junk, but their programming is way off.1. Neither can find their charging docks. I'm watching them run the opposite direction of their docks when they were just a straight shot of about 10 feet away from them. Yes, they are starting their cleaning from their respective docks. They're going to the opposite end of the house and bumping against every wall all the way back when they do. Like they're running the perimeter of the rooms and hallway. Only one has gotten back once.2. I'm watching them clean the same areas for over an hour. No obstacles are keeping them from moving on to another place. When they do figure their way out, they come back and start all over again. It's not just one specific area, it's a few different ones in the same room. In an open space.3. I don't think the "Charge and Resume" function works. It is in the app. I saw it once and can't find it again. Charge and Resume is the reason why I bought not one, but two of these vacuums. I usually have to send them back through the app because they've gotten down to 10% power. I thought they were supposed to go back at 20%. It would be nice to be able to change that to 30-40% in the app.I've reached out to LeFant and I got a copy/paste response telling me to clean my house before using the vacuums. I did. It's a new house and all that's there is furniture. It's all open concept with lots of open floor space.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I just bought two of these robots for my home. One for the main living area upstairs (Martha) and one for the basement apartment (Alice). The upstairs is all laminate flooring and the basement is a mix of laminate and area rugs. I wanted robots that had charge and resume functions without paying $400 for a Roomba. I haven't been able to test that yet.This review is after their very first runs around the house.I'm still working out the bugs and getting used to the programming in the app, but so far, all is well.Martha surprised me with how powerful she is while traversing over a standard doorjamb (the kind used for exterior doors), by going into the 4 season room, and back out again. Picture a 4x4 rock climbing. She has no quit in her. It was quite comical watching her find her charging dock (that was how she ended up in the 4 season room in the first place). She finally met her match by going under the end table in the bedroom and getting caught on a power strip for nearly an hour while I was out.Alice has been buzzing around the basement, eating everything in sight. She cleaned up wood shavings with ease. I had drilled a couple of cable holes in the ceilling earlier and left them for her to clean up. She's also very pushy. I had a couple of shopping bags with stuff in them and when I came back, they were moved to the middle of the floor. I think she was backing into them, getting out of a spot. She did wait til she was down to 10% to decide to go back to the charging base, but died trying to navigate out of the bathroom. I have to check to see if I can change it to 20% (I believe it's supposed to go at 20%).Setting up and pairing to the Android app was easy. You need to make sure you are connected to the 2.4gHz signal from your router. I already had a seperate, differently named, access point set up because of other appliances needing it. But, I haven't been able to connect to Alexa. The reviews for the skill show that it's not only me but a problem wth the programming. Oh, well. I can do what I need from my phone.I was confused when I saw that there was no map forming on the app until I saw in the LeFant FAQs that you need to set the robot on a course (rows, spiral, etc.) for it to map.If I run into any issues, or have more good things to say, I'll update the review. If I remember, I'll update in a few months.

Le Lefant F1 Pro est une véritable révélation ! J'étais un peu sceptique au début, mais il a rapidement prouvé son efficacité. Fini les corvées d'aspirateur interminables, il s'occupe de tout en silence et avec une aspiration impressionnante, que ce soit sur mon carrelage ou mes tapis. L'application est un jeu d'enfant pour programmer les nettoyages, et sa petite taille lui permet de se faufiler sous mes meubles sans aucun problème. Pour le prix, je suis bluffé par ses performances. C'est un investissement que je ne regrette absolument pas et que je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui cherchent à simplifier leur quotidien !En résumé, les avantages clés sont :- Aspiration puissante et efficace sur tous types de sols.-Facilité d'utilisation grace à une application intuitive.- Format compact pour atteindre les zones difficiles d'accès.- Fonctionnement tres silencieux. Reglable sur plusieurs positions.- Excellent rapport qualité-prix.- Gain de temps considérable pour le nettoyage de la maison.

Acheter en novembre 2022, je l'utilise depuis 6mois. Je suis très satisfait de ce robot LEFANT. J'ai eu un soucis dessus et le SAV est vraiment top et à l'écoute !LES AVANTAGES :-Rapport qualité prix-Application simple sur le téléphone-Plusieurs programme ou paramètres d'aspiration-Assez fin pour passer sous tous les meubles- Si vous avez des animaux, il va vous changer la vie !Je vous le conseils si c'est votre premier aspirateur robot.Si je peux me permettre, l'option nettoyage humide avec la serpillère n'est pas concluant pour de grande surface.
