Estoy muy contento con los bastones, son muy bueno, y fáciles de transportar.

他の５千円しないで買えるノルディックと商品説明に記載のあったポールを買った所トレッキングポールと説明書に書かれている製品が届き騙され、実際使っても剛性感が無く使い物になりませんでしたが、この製品は全くそんなことはありません。調整も１回リリースとロックをするだけでできますので簡単ですし剛性感もしっかりあるので、ノルディックウォークをしていて不安になる事はありません。上腕が筋肉痛になる位負荷をかけても問題なく使えています。変に安い製品を買って大損するよりも、この様な良い品（専用品）を最初から買う事を強くお勧めします。

The poles are super lite and comfortable. While walking they feel almost like part of my body. My only wish is that the poles telescoped down to a smaller size to fit in my suitcase. Aside from this, I love them!

Used for Nordic walking, I was worried that they might be heavier than carbon fibre but no noticeable difference. Very pleased.
