Li uso su un paio di LEKI in carbonio, quasi esclusivamente su asfalto. Hanno un'ampia superficie di appoggio e quindi offrono un ottimo grip e consentono una buona spinta (peso 85 kg). Ovviamente lavorano al meglio su asfalto asciutto, ma vanno bene anche sull'erba ed offrono un appoggio più o meno sufficiente anche sul bagnato. Risultano anche silenziosi. Un unico difetto: sono relativamente più pesanti dell'altro modello LEKI, offrono comunque un appoggio molto superiore.

A LEKI walking buffer pad is a sort of 'seen one, seen them all' product. Good quality. Standard stuff. But I'm reviewing the supplier Klausbua. These seem like just the sort of lovable nutcases it's a pleasure to do business with. There was a handwritten note on my invoice (pre-printed, but still great fun) which was in German (which I don't speak) but included a quote from John Lennon's 'Imagine'. There were also a couple of extra small 'goodies' in the envelope - but I won't say what as I don't want these guys to get grief if this is a limited time thing and then they get 'where's my gift ?' complaints from future customers.
