Ordered Dec 15, arrived on time, no damage to the exterior shipping box nor the 2nd manufacturer's storage box. The model was completely surround by foam and the elderly recipient was thrilled. Then, she found. the model building face had surface cracks. This was advertised at $130, but after returning, the Amazon price jumped to $180 plus. So check as soon as you receive it.

The detail on this house is great. I am collecting all of the Norman Rockwell houses to complete the painting of his 1967 Christmas Village scene in Stockbridge Mass. I received this house yesterday and immediately added it to my village scene set up for the holidays.
