Really satisfied with this purchase!It has a good internal area, and it canes with an extra locker (3 numbers password) for the from pocket

works well, 4 wheels make it easy to roll. Many zipped up compartments and space for laptop and iPad.Includes locks with 3 digit number and security staff key.

I hope the manufacturer reads these, because while it's a mostly nice case, a few improvements would be great.For positives, it rolls very smoothly, has well designed compartments, locks for both areas, is expandable and fits within KLM (free) and easyJet (paid) carry-on allowances. It's sturdy enough.My gripes are: the wheels could be embedded, instead of standing out; the lower part of the case is unprotected against kerbs and other obstacles; accessing the front compartment requires unzipping all the way down - easier access would be good.

Honestly v nice suitcase but FinAir did not accept it as a carry on. Had to pay extra to check it in.

Hard to use, zippers are bad quality, I wish I could get my money back.

Nice suitcase to have but the only minus point is that the front compartment where you put your laptop does not have a lock - it would have been good if there was a lock on it too.

I am a major overpacking type and trying to get better. This 20 inch European sized / international sized carry on is so well designed I think I can overcome my messy packing. US carry ons are 22 inches and not accepted as carry on's internationally so go for slightly smaller the 20 inch to have a bag for all things! The laptop pocket is my favorite feature. It pops out at an angle but it also has a Velcro feature to fold it completely flat for easy packing and unpacking. The padding is good for a laptop though I might use a sleeve as well. The shell is nice and hard, durable - and it is lightweight and unique looking too. I am going to travel with it for the first time soon. I will report back. Oh, and it has both a TSA lock built in, plus provides an additional programmable lock for the laptop area and finally, reflective "letter stickers" that you can spell out your name with. Seems the company has gone one step further to please customers than both. Highly recommend so far! I'll try to upload a photo of it packed, as I go through my how neatly can I pack process!

Bought this for my husband , we travel a lot.Very sturdy case , lots of pockets with zippers inside.Highly recommended.
