I expected these tea-cups to be small and dainty but they are so tiny the word "thimble" comes to mind! You take one sip and it's empty - time for a refil!This is a problem when buying online from an image on screen. No doubt the dimensions are there to check but its not immediately apparent what size these "cups" are

It's perfect and as described, a cup for tea tasting- just big enough to hold a mouthful.
