Been using for three weeks and I see no visible signs of change as yet, not expecting much change so soon but thought there might be some slight changes so the jury is still out on this product.You do have to be careful with it, because of the gaps in the sides it causes suction to the inside of the mouth as you bite and this caused side sores and some bleeding which healed quickly, so you need to pay attention to the biting exercise in the early days.The product seems to be of good quality and shows no sign of teeth marks or breaking down, each month piece comes in it's own plastic case for storage between use.

- Each one comes individually boxed- No weird taste so far- Only problem is they’re quite large, so they stick out your mouth. Unless you tilt your head back you’ll dribble everywhere!- Something weird about them is that when you chew on them, it squeezes all the air out the sides so when you open your jaw again, they stick to your cheeks! Takes a bit of getting used to.My teeth haven’t left any marks in them after one use so I’m hopeful it will stay that way, they won’t end up all mangled, that will be pretty grossMay also want to invest in a liquid storage medium to leave these to soak in to prevent bacteria.Could leave them in mouthwash so you clean your teeth and work your jaw out at the same time!
