We have only had this in use for about a month as my husband had a very difficult time putting it together and he had o nly one day a week to work on it​. Now that it is together, it appears to be working well. No bug or odor issues. Easy to rotate. Now to see how it holds up with the Texas Hill Country Weather!

Just received the composter yesterday. I was a bit leary with assembly because of the reviews from .ca and .com. The instructions were well done (only one or two times I was scratching my head) but nothing completely off the wall to put together. (An extra hand does help as well, it gets a bit awkward with the shape)The materials are sturdy, when assembled the unit rotates freely and smooth. The door is secure and easy to open. The opening for that matter is huge, very easy access to add items and dump them out.I cannot comment on the lifespan as of yet, but will edit if there are issues.

Had to laugh as reading the reviews there were a lot of complaints about ease (or lack of) of assembly and I thought 'no problem, I build things all the time'!!!From opening the box, checking all the parts, laying everything out, building it and getting it in the garden took 2 and three quarter hours lol!!! With one hinge put on wrong way round and also having to grind off a weld spot on the hinge pin as it wouldn't go into the female connector otherwise.Great solid composter and seems to be working well, just lay aside some time for building. Hammer, starry screwdriver, pliers, drill and a socket set needed

C'est de la bonne qualité. Les pièces sont bien solides et assez facile à monter. Emballage un peu endommagé pendant le transport, mais toutes les pièces étaient là.** Je ne sais pas si je suis juste un peu trop maniaque, mais j'ai pris 3 bonnes heures pour l'assemblage. Ce n'est pas très compliqué, le mode d'emploi pour le montage est très facile à suivre avec des dessins bien clairs, mais ça prend du temps pour le monter correctement.On verra avec le temps si la durabilité est bonne...

Man sollte den Behälter alle paar Tage mal einmal um die eigene Achse drehen, was auch etwas Kraft erfordert, immerhin wiegt die Füllung einiges.Die beigelegte Information ist ausführlich und genau, stellenweise muß man beim Zusammenbauen aber genau hinschauen. Es liegt auch eine Einführung ins Kompostieren bei.Ich finde, dieser Kompostierer war eine rundum gute Anschaffung.
