I decided to invest in the Liforme yoga mat after noticing that my hands and feet were slipping on my previous mat. Several fellow students recommended this mat, and I could immediately see why. The grip is exceptional—even during sweaty sessions, it keeps me firmly in place, making my practice much safer and more enjoyable. While it’s not cheap, it’s a high-quality product that will last a long time with proper care. If you take your yoga practice seriously, this mat is absolutely worth it!

Using this mat has improved my confidence and yoga. Grip and stability are really good.The mat I chose is quite heavy and takes time to get back into the carry case but overall I’m very happy and would recommend to other Yogis.

Yes this mat is expensive compared to other mats. This is a heavy rubber mat - not a cheap foam one. It is easy to clean, the transport bag is a nice feature which you would expect at this price point. It is easy to clean and nice to use. No slipping! No smell! I did not think I would use them but the lines and marks on the mat are very handy to keep alignment for various poses. Hopefully it will last a very long time. NOTE - I went up to this one for the length and because I sweat. I am 5’ 10” and this length is just barely long enough. If you are much taller, get an even longer mat.
