Unsere Hundedame ist was das Futter angeht sehr wählerisch, doch bei diesem Futter gab es bisher keine Beanstandungen. Das Futter riecht sehr angenehm. Solange unsere Hundedame ist gerne frisst bestellen wir es immer wieder gerne nach.

This is the second subscription delivery and as with the first 25% of the tins were dented, something one doesnt see on supermarket shelves.If it wasn’t for the pricing I would seriously consider cancelling.

My dog loves this food usually and I love giving it to him, I usually buy it elsewhere, and every time I open the can he comes running, I always smile at the smell as it’s just like a cottage pie and makes my dogs breath smell the same after he eats it, the texture is almost like a paste and it’s pink colour makes it feel and look fresh. These cans however looked smelled different, the smell being quite sour, it made my nose crinkle the texture was more like corned beef crumbly and sort of brittle looking and the colour was dull and ashy, more importantly my dog wouldn’t eat it, literally backed away from it and refused I’d also bought 6 cans of another flavour (3 bird feast) and they were exactly the same, he also refused to eat that. This went on for over 3 days until I went to the shop I usually buy from and bought them all over again the difference in quality was really obvious when side by side and the smell of this food really stood out as quite a bit off. He gobbled up the new cans and continues to do so. What this is is anyone’s guess, something is not right at all. Huge waste of money and to be honest I’m really concerned about what I was trying to feed my dog. Will NEVER buy dog food on Amazon again. The price is very appealing, but don’t risk it.

I buy a mixture of Lilys on subscription each month which helps keep the cost down. Odd times you have a few slightly dented cans, however due to the cases of 6 tins being placed on their side in the outer packaging box that Amazon use I have received some damaged, which can be used or stored as the cans have been pieced and are starting to smell and with the warm weather would be silly to try and feed to my dogs unless I wish to spend the next few nights clearing poo or sick from my carpets.Product is great, price fair compared to others, Amazon Packing very poor!
