instant good for airbrush but be careful how you apply, very runny of course. It's ink! :PI collect all kinds just in case I need it

The jar came with the cap screwed on crooked. Next to that it had all dried and caked on ink in the ridges, so it can't close properly. Also in the cap there was dried ink. It feels like this has been used for an example product and now been shipped as new. The other bottle of deep violet was clearly new and never used.

The colour palette is great if only the grey is not missing. Seems quite a few buyers received 2 bottles of grey. The attitude is you get what you are given and not what you expect to receive as per the product description. Disappointing.

Muted Grey is more of a bluish-violet. Probably even more bluish than Payne's Grey. Not the kind of grey I was looking for when I ordered this. My fault that I didn't check the colour charts properly. On the other hand, Liquitex Inks as a product range are just out of this world.

I love these inks. Unfortunately, some of the colors, like this one are hard to find in local stores. Expensive online considering you can buy some of the other colors for about $6. $3 or less with a coupons from Michael's or A.C. Moore. A little goes a long way though. 1 to 3 drops for a painting. I use them like watercolors. This color is more of an opaque version of the Raw Sienna. High quality inks but, shake before using. The pigments tend to settle to the bottom of the bottle when not in use.
