As it’s label says, this is a very reliable matte surfacing medium. Used normally in fairly small amounts it completely pushes the gloss down into a dead flat. If increased in amount it will create a more transparent colour. But if you over use this medium expect to see so your paint appear a bit lighter in value. That whitish look is just a product of how matte medium works. And that’s normal. Thing is, most matte mediums don’t produce that whitish effect because they usually don’t contain enough of that material to really work reliably. This one does! I’ve tried so many as a studio art teacher. Use it in appropriate amounts and you’ll get a perfect result and you'll find the bottle will last a pretty long time. I love this ultra matte medium.

This stuff is AMAZING! I use it on my Monster High Dolls, My Little Ponies, Masters of the universe customs, and other vinyl based products. I thin it down with 25% water and spray it lightly with an airbrush. It can be painted on (Still recommend thinning it down) or sponged on too. I use pastels and watercolor pencils as well as acrylic paints for my dolls and this sealant leave a nice tooth for those products to stick to. It's water based and has very low odor. You can also seal it with Testors Dullcoat or Mr Super Clear with no ill effects like fogging or sealant reaction (as long as humidity is low) for a final more water resistant coating. I use it daily.

Very good matt sealer. I paint lifelike dolls and use this as a final sealer. It ggives the doll a nice flat unshiny finish. Dries quickly.

Medio mate, perfecto para lo que se anuncia.Sin embargo, le veo una pega. Éste, al ser más denso en partículas acrílicas incoloras, tiende a aclarar los colores con los que se mezclan, así que ojito con esto a la hora de usarlo.
