I really like these for running. i put them under my shorts and slide my iphone into one of the pockets so i can listen to my music as i run. i typically run an hour a day. Took a little while to arrive from the US to the UK but worth it.

I thought they were compressed shorts until I put them on, they are actually super comfortable. I really liked them, still to try the pockets.

When going for runs i like to use my phone to track distance etc but always had to run with my phone in my hand which obviously is not the best. So when looking for a product that i can wear that has pockets but also has comfort and can safely keep my phone in the pocket i was happy when i came across these. They have been brilliant and i love wearing them! Value for money is spot on! Highly Recommend
