If you want to bleed the brakes of your Fiat 126 or (the Giacosa) 500, don’t buy this thing. None of the 3 adapters that go onto the bleeding nipple fit. What I tried was pushing a piece of the petrol tube of my 126 Bis into the A adapter, after making the outside of that piece of tube exactly the inner size of the adapter. That worked. However using the set, didn’t make my braking system airless. After 30-45 minutes of trying, no improvement on the brake pedal. The right rear cylinder kept being full of air bubbles.That’s €25,- down the drain. I should have spent that money on cat food or petrol.Why I bought it? Just take a look at all those youtube videos about this set. 90% of those videos are positive about it. That’s a pity.

Ich habe mir das Vakuum Set bestellt, damit ich nicht ewig auf die alte Methode, Bremsflüssigkeit ablassen muss.Muss sagen, dass alles super funktioniert hat.Einzigstes Manko ist der kleine Gummiadapter. Der hatte ruhig etwas kleiner vom Durchmesser sein können. Als Lösung habe ich ein Stück, Schrumpfschlauch um den Entlüftungsnippel gemacht, damit der Adapter strämmer drauf sitzt. Ansonsten ist halt nur ein anderer Koffer mit geliefert worden, anstatt wie abgebildet.Was jetzt aber kein Problem da stellt.Man sollte nur drauf achten, wenn man Flüssigkeiten absagt, das die Vakkuumpumpe, Höher als der Auffangbehälter ist, weil sonst ein großer Schaden an der Pumpe entstehen kann.Ansonsten erfüllt sie ihre Funktionen.Quali und Preis sind vollkommen ok. Bei Polo sollte das Set ca. 45 Euro kosten.
