First ordered a size 42, which didn’t fit in a shoe sized 42. Ordered a size 43, which arrived into pieces. On closer inspection, the side of the shoe was already damaged by I think a screwdriver. The golden knob on the heel was already reattached whit tape around the wire. This was obviously returned by someone who screwed up this item, after which the seller just resold it to me without even looking at it.

Op zich prima schoenspanner ware het niet dat een van de spanners niet te buigen is door een productiefout. Een van de veren is namelijk verkeerd om gemonteerd. Een probleem dat in een eerdere recensie ook al wordt genoemd. Jammer, want verder een prima product.

Don't buy this. One of them doesn't bend. I will not return it because I can still use it on low shoes, but no way can I fit it into a boot.You can buy better shoe trees on specialized shoe webstores for the same price.

Mooie schoenspanners, jammer dat ze enkel als dubbelmaat (e.g. 41/42 worden verkocht). Na circa 6 maanden is de knop uit de schoenspanner gekomen, wat de schoenspanner onbruikbaar maakt. Ik ga mijn garantierecht claimen.

I have invested in a couple good pairs of shoes that I absolutely wish to last long. I bought this pair of shoe trees (first pic on, shoe tree on the left) to replace a cheap spring tentioner (first pic, right side). I added the pictures of both, my old shoe tree and the newly acquired one. This product fits perfectly into a shoe (I got size 39/40 and simply gives it a shape, without transforming the shoe, like my old shoe tree was doing. So I recommend the product and the seller!

I use them in my leather boots and put a sock over them for extra stretch. They work over time with a spray stretcher
