Logitech service does not have repair center, so no repair after warranty.After warranty service I found they had no spare parts for this model.Other than this the headset is good, however longer use causes a head pain as the spring part which hold the ear phones is too strong (maybe good if you have a small head).

Son de bonne qualité. Annulation du bruit moyenne. Micro bien puis après 15 mois d'utilisation normale (3Xsem au travail), faux contact sur le micro qui ne marche quasiment plus. SAV impeccable, remplacé. Problème survenu à nouveau après quelques mois puis SAV à nouveau, remplacé très rapidement. Du coup, je déconseille de plier fréquemment et d'utiliser la pochette souple fournie pour le stockage.

I tested it with the usb dongle. Within close distance (while sitting at my desk) everything works fine. But if I go to another room just 5 meters away (even if door is open), signal starts breaking badly. This is dealbreaker for me. There is no point of wireless business headset that can't work even within 5 meters range, especially considering the high price. I have many products from logitech (mouse, keyboard, camera all work great) but looks like business headsets is really not their strength.Noise cancelation was not really noticeable.Build quality is OK but nothing special, a little bit hot wearing it, but not too uncomfortable.

Hatte mir das Headset bestellt da ich bereits Eingabegeräte von LogiTech verwende und wechselnde Arbeitsgeräte nutze. Die Idee wäre gewesen über einen Dongle alle Geräte zu koppeln. Leider ist der mitgelieferte Dongle nur in Verbindung mit dem Headset verwendbar, entgegen dem Produktversprechen.Weiterhin konnte meine Stimme nur mechanisch verzerrt übertragen werden.Eigentlich Schade!
