It's sold as an left hand mouse, but the primary button is on the left the same as a right hand mouse.Unsuitable for left hand use. There is no hardware switch to swap the buttons, only in the software that manipulates the OS. When you're working on remote sessions in another OS the buttons are set tot the default of that machine, primary on the left....Such a disapointment that logitech doesn't know how to built a real lefty mouse....

I've been long-time user of MX610 Left, but all of them are long dead.When I see that there is new Logitech mouse marked as "large" and "left" I become over-enthusiastic.But when I received it I was immediately disappointed:- First, it is not "Large" by any means. My palms are not very large, but this "large" mouse is for fingers, not to rest whole palm on it.- It is not truly "left-handed" it is symmetric.- Buttons are not reversed in hardware, you need to reverse them in OS, which is very inconvenient if you connect to remote servers, as this setting is not passed through Remote Desktop. Hardware-swapped buttons (and default setting in OS) doesn't have such problem.Only additional (useless to me) buttons are placed on right side, for left thumb. It is only thing that make this mouse "left-handed".Please, don't get me wrong - it is good mouse for good price, but it is NOT left-handed and it is NOT large.
