Excellent service & product, I regularly use smaller crossbody bags but bought this larger one for a short holiday, as cabin luggage/carry-on, classy, well made with great features, looks great, and feels like real leather, comes with a wrist purse which will be great for using for walks to hold hotel key card, android smartphone, lip gloss, tissues.The bag itself is great value, just under £30.Very roomy, it can hold all the things i need for a short break away, spare t-shirt, spare pair of shorts, dress shirt, umbrella, hat, android tablet, phone, car keys, purse, books, notepad, pens, tissues, wipes, toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, earphones, suntan lotion, bikini, swim shorts, small towel, bottles of water, snacks, sandwiches, socks, undies, bra, earplugs etc and has a zipper across the top to keep everything secure incase it gets accidentally tipped over, it will fit under my seat on the plane.Is beautiful enough to use as regular handbag, i will take it out with me on my birthday, it will help me bring all my gifts home.I recommend 10/10.
