It folds and fits into my small travel purse, but opens up into a large and sturdy bag that holds so much more than I expected. The colors are even more vibrant than the picture. I get lots of compliments at stores when I pull it out to pack up my purchases. The best part is I can put it on my shoulder and it doesn’t slip down. So many bags have straps are too short. This is so important when travel - especially in places like Europe where you walk or use public transport.
