Lamiera un po troppo sottile e arrivata piegata,il sistema di incastro fa assolutamente ridere e tocca creare quantomeno una base per evitare che si possa incurvare quando movimentato,visivamente è bello,anche dal lato pratico il suo lavoro lo fa sopratutto se abbinato ad un air assist... nel complesso ok,ma troppo costoso per la qualità generale..

The 400 x 400 mm Honeycomb Bed is a great addition to any laser engraving or cutting setup. It provides excellent support and stability while allowing for efficient heat and smoke dissipation, which helps protect both the work surface and the laser machine. The design promotes cleaner cuts and reduces burn marks on materials. It's cleanable and reusable, adding long-term value. The free assembly feature makes it user-friendly right out of the box. Easily expandible solution. Being able to take this apart is easier for cleaning and for storage. Your material is elevaded off of the surface and gets airflow underneath, giving you better cuts and less charring on the back of your material. Yes, it was probably originally used as a heatsink material, but it functions well on the laser bed. You should be able to cut it down easily if you want shorter sections - I would file it a bit afterwards to remove any sharp edges. It also comes with a brush that helps with cleanup. If you put the open end of the channels facing you instead of going side to side, via the open ends of the channels, you can see the glow of the laser beam underneath your material. This is useful to let you know that it is cutting all the way through your material. Obviously, you will still want to take all safety precautions in order to protect your eyes.

Ok, this is supposed to be a honeycomb alternative which you can resize as needed, similar to a knife bed. What this actually is, is a low quality set of cheap heatsink material.The purpose of a honeycomb and alternatives is to support your material EVENLY as that material lays flat on top. It's a very simple task.This stuff though, every single peice is bent like a smile, the two outer fins sticking up higher than all the ones between. More or less, they create valleys, which get repeated over and over as you add more sections. So, these neither sit flat nor support material evenly, the whole thing that they're supposed to do.The metal is very thin, the fins easy to deform. Checking the four sections, each of them had at least one fan bent out of shape.One peice had the Tyvok logo, so I went and looked at their site. Sure enough, this is their product. I've had quite a few of my customers asking about Tyvok, as they've been advertising heavily on Facebook. Frankly, if this is Tyvok quality, I'm out, can't recommend.
