Got these to work with my Klipsch R-51PM's which I run on the same surface as my turntable. My speakers were experiencing distortion at low volumes with certain records that had a low bass kick drum in the music. I got these and put them up on them and the distortion is completely gone. Not sure if its from the isolation these provide, but who cares. Problem solved as it was driving me nuts. I can blast them with no distortion now. The weight of the speakers does cause them to flex and bounce if you push down on them, but it doesnt bother me as they stay still as long as you dont do that. I guess my only gripe would be that they were thicker or somehow braced a bit so they wouldnt flex as much, but thats if I want to me nit-picky. Also frees up space underneath to put my turntable preamp as space is scarce, for me. Great overall product. Will see how they work with the new Fluance Ri71's I just ordered.

The stands are rather sturdy and have a great look and feel, the rubber does a good job holding everything in place and the cable management is easy via the back opening. However, one of them is bent slightly more than the other, causing the speakers to have a small but noticeable difference in height and angle (approx. 1.5cm), even though both stands hold identical speakers at the same position. I assume this is either a QC or a delivery issue.
