I like this, I suffer from a bad back and a stiff next, both of these are made worse by soundlessly sleeping through the night. I've used this roll in my pillow as a neck support and under my back for lumbar. The roll can be adjusted to different thicknesses and this is worth experimenting with. In the car I use it for longer journeys. There is no cure for my back and neck but this makes it easier to cope with.
