Ich habe mir dieses Kissen zugelegt weil ich unter Nackenschmerzen gelitten habe. Meine Schmerzen waren so ausgeprägt dass ich kaum noch schlafen konnte und dadurch ständig gereizt und müde war.Nachdem das Kissen ankam wollte ich es nur eben kurz ausprobieren bin aber direkt eingeschlafen. Es ist super bequem und der Kopf liegt wie er liegen muss. Meine Schmerzen waren am nächsten Morgen schon spürbar zurück gegangen. Mittlerweile sind sie komplett verschwunden (ich arbeite aber auch über Tag an meiner Haltungskorrektur )Ich würde das Kissen auf jeden Fall empfehlen! Für mich war es die beste Anschaffung!!!

I buy these pillows because of shoulder pain from normal pillows. I do like the firmness of the pillow because it is still soft but not too soft but I do still have shoulder pain from side sleeping with this pillow sometimes and have not experienced that with other versions. Overall good purchase for the price and the size is good.
