I needed to change the derailleur and chain on my bike. Saw this chain splitter on Amazon. Ordered and delivered next day. Splendid tool and simple to use - pushed out link pin on the old chain to split the chain and pushed the new pin through to make the new chain complete. TIP when doing this task : Detach derailleur from the frame and leave complete with old chain intact. Thread new chain using old to see route for chain and push new pin into position. Secure new to frame. Split old chain using splitter and remove old chain and derailleur. Hope this helps

Der Preis entspricht der Qualität. Vor dem ersten Benutzen musste ich Metallspäne aus dem Gewinde pulen, die noch von der Herstellung da waren, und nach ca. 10 maliger Benutzung ist das Gewinde hin.

Premesso che non sono un tecnico, ho acquistato questo strumento per risolvere un paio di problematiche diciamo urgenti. Lo smaglia catene ha fatto il suo lavoro egregiamente senza alcuna difficoltà. Questo attrezzo, il più economico sul mercato, mi ha piacevolmente e positivamente stupito.Consigliato.

das Gerät sieht auf der Abbildung ja sehr gut aus.Für den Gebrauch ist es nichts wert. Der in der Drehspindel eingesetzte Hartmetallstift sitzt lose in der Bohrung, sodass er sich bei Belastung zur Seite neigt und abrutscht. Zum herauspressen oder zum Einpressen eines Verbindungsbolzens einer Kette braucht man eine sichere Auflage des Kettengliedes . Die Auflage muss eine Bohrung mit einem Durchmesser etwas größer als der Bolzendurchmesser haben. So eine Auflage ist nicht vorhanden. Das Gerät ist nicht zu empfehlen.
