It made our flight easier

I have to travel with 2 kids n i order this product which is best decision for me. So comfortable for kids to travel with long fights easily sleep with out any bending

Leider konnten wir es auf dem Flug nicht verwenden, da es schlicht zu kurz war. Eventuell nützlich in anderen Flugzeugen, wenn man denn weiß, wie man es befestigen muss..

Overall product quality is good, but spare adjustable fastening strap was missing. We are flying in 2 days and no way of making it work now.

So the ‘spare’ strap that is necessary to making this work was missing. We fly in 2 days time so i paid extra to get this here. It seems others have had this issue also. Should of paid less and got all of the necessary pieces as in this case going for the more expensive has not paid off! 😫

Was missing the adjustable strap. I have now read that others have had this same problem.
