I replaced my Luxe Bidet neo 120 after a lot of use over the years, it was still working butt the nozzle was sticking a little and would not allows retract. (I use mine much more than any normal family member would because of health issues.)I wanted to stay with the Luxe 120 Neo series & decided to try the Luxe 120 Neo PLUS and it was a good decision when it comes to cleaning by just tilting it up to clean anything. It just makes it quicker and better has been my findings . The nice feature about the Lux 120 plus bidet seat it is clamped much better with the silicon grip pads at the bottom of U shaped holding seat clamps firm when it is bolted to ceramic toilet that holds the seat in place much better from moving at all when moving you butt slightly.To keep the nozzle shield cleaner also I left a picture of my settings just before I use it always, it will wash shield and nozzle slightly while in use and still give a nice stream of clean water to where it is needed. This setting will also soften the stream of your water to your desire strength (sort of 2 settings at once).I also installed the Lux toilet seat and that was also a excellent combination of Bidet & seat, I looked at pictures of how much gap was created from other reviews, butt your weight when seated flexes enough to make very less space at bottom of lid to ceramic top of bowl as it is meant to work + seat rests on the riser pads under the seat. My recommendation is buy a Lux bidet seat to compliment the Luxe 120 neo plus bidet it is much better than other seats that need those riser bumpers IMO.All said and done this is a nice set up and simple, it was not hard to install any of these parts and Luxe supply's everything that is needed to complete the installation. Appears to be a good quality item but the pipe fittings do not fit standard South African fittings. Converters are not readily available.

Le raccordement de ce bidet n'a pas de sens. On ne peut que le raccorder d'une seule manière uniquement. Si votre toilette ne dispose pas des bonnes entrées et raccords de basse vous ne pouvez pas le mettre. La taille raccordement sont uniques et n'existe pas dans tous les pays ou sont différents. Par exemple un des tuyau est en 3/8 en réalité c'est pas le cas. Dans mon pays (La France) le tuyau est en réalité entre un 3/8 et 1/4 (entre un 12x17 mm et un 8x13 mm) et donc c'est impossible de le raccorder. Un autre tuyau est en 1/2 et en réalité pour un français sont tuyau est entre un 15x21mm et un 20x27mm, encore impossible de le brancher .Ce truc est une blague

Great quality however, I had to return it as here in the UAE the standard water supply pipe is 1/2 inch not fitting for this product T adapter.

Gemäß Beschreibung und beigelegten Anleitung soll das Bidet ein 3/8 Anschluss haben. Das Gewinde hat aber ein Außen-Durchmesser von ~14mm und ist damit zu groß für 1/4" und zu klein für 3/8" Schläuche. Gewinde scheint ein 24G Whitworth 55° zu sein, finde leider keinerleih ansatzweise passenden Adapter dafür.Dabei ist noch ein T-Stück, was 7/8" auf 3/8" sein soll, dürfte aber 5/8" auf spezial 14mm sein. Leider kriegt man es nicht mit den mitgelieferten Teilen an in Deutschland gängigen Anschlüsse angeschlossen.Der mitgelieferte 3/8 Kunststoff Schlüssel passt auch nicht zu dem mitgelieferten Schlauch.EDIT: Das Bidet hat einen amerikanisches 9/16" UNEF x 24 Gewinde, in Amerika auch als "3/8" compression" bekannt.Auf eBay z. B. via "G1/2" BSP Außengewinde auf US-Standard 9/16" UNEF x 24 (3/8" US) Adapter fitting" (Artikelnummer 146504684898) zu finden.
